The Six Secrets of Change

Learning Forward Colorado’s 14th Annual Conference featuring Michael Fullan was a huge success! Approximately 250 educators from around the state enjoyed a day of meaningful learning and networking with colleagues! Participants represented a wide variety of roles & responsibilities, and came from various areas around the state: Colorado Springs, Englewood, Adams 12, Adams 50, Cherry Creek, Denver, Douglas, Aurora, Jeffco, Littleton, Lewis-Palmer, Pueblo, Buena Vista, St. Vrain, Delores, FRDOCES, Tointon, Regis, The Principals’ Center and private consultants. Fullan based the content for the day on his new book The Six Secrets of Change.

3. Capacity building prevails.
4. Learning is the work.
5. Transparency rules.
6. Systems learn.

Fullan’s information was extremely valuable and his presentation style, engaging. Some representative participant comments from the evaluations include the following:
