Jim Knight has spent more than two decades studying professional learning, effective teaching, and instructional coaching. He is a research associate at the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning and the president of the Instructional Coaching Group and the Impact Research Lab. Jim has presented to more than 30,000 educators from six continents.

Join us, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016, from 8am-4pm, for a full day of deep learning with nationally recognized speaker, Jim Knight. Breakfast and lunch (Tuesday) and a copy of Jim Knight’s latest book, Better Conversations, are included with your registration!
NEW THIS YEAR: Network with colleagues and engage in structured professional conversations during our afternoon pre-conference on Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, from 12 noon to 4pm.
During the conference participants will:
- Discover the beliefs and habits that facilitate better conversations
- Develop skills for listening with empathy
- Practice productive dialogue
- Facilitate emotional connections
- Practice reframing challenging conversations
